Website Development VIT
Question: Discuss about the Website Development for VIT. Answer: Introduction Overview of Website Design The primary objective of this website development is to achieve a prominent web interface for Victorian Institute of Technology or VIT. Designing process of this website is lying on three development phase. In the first phase of development, designers are studying about the essential characteristics of VIT website, and here they actualized the necessary components for the proposed web application. After this first phase or project actualization, phase developers start the second phase to compile the proposed requirement with real world resources and make a compatible framework for the proposed website. The third phase or last phase is entirely related to framework design where the website is integrated with all the necessary components. The website includes four web pages, and they are Home page About page Gallery Page Contact Page The home page is designed with a banner slider, testimonial grip, latest news section and a welcome box. About Page is defined by a testimonial section and an about section with an about block. Gallery page is designed with a responsive image slider and a collection of image boxes. Contact page detailed with contact form and a map. Apart from these all pages are equipped with a header with the navigational unit, logo, and a footer section. Footer section is also mapped by copyright block. Motivation The entire website is used to create a measured demonstration over different web application functionality. Developers are trying to mandate different web technology over the same application. The major concern of the web design which is to create a responsive website layout to gain more attraction from its user. This saturation point of making a new edge website is also motivated the developers team which also reflect in website design. Website Design Audience The developed website is an educational institute named Victorian Institute of Technology. As educational website, it is designed to perform any function which comes from institutes students, teacher, and administrators (Chung et al.2016). Functions and Nature of the Institute The Victorian Institute is an Australia based technological institute which offers different technical courses. Each course of this institute is entirely industry oriented for making benchmark in their educational standards (Kontos 2016). Special Approaches The main approached which is incorporated in the web development is responsiveness of web infrastructure so that its user can get an efficient and effective result while they surf this website. But it would be pretty much useful if the website integrates a proper user login by use of PHP-like scripting language. Conclusion Every organizations are different from each other by their approaches, business policy, etc. So the Website of for every different organization would be different from each other which also implies for Website design. Each component of a website is used to incorporate the different view of an organization. A website is an important platform to create an identity for an organization in web space, so design of a website is an important matter to represent their stand. References Chung, C. C., Chao, L.
